Head of Marketing & Communications
A strategic growth marketer and communicator, Annie joined Thrive as the Head of Marketing & Communications in early 2024. Since 2017 she has been active in the not-for-profit, social impact sector, covering a range of marketing activities for Save the Children Global Ventures, Save the Children Australia and Gomo Foundation.
Prior to this, Annie spent 15 years working in marketing leadership roles within the global financial technology industry. During this period she worked in multiple countries establishing and leading marketing teams in EMEA, the Americas and Asia Pacific. As Chief Marketing Officer at a number of organisations, she was responsible for global growth strategies that would position some of the worldβs most innovative electronic trading and market connectivity solution providers as world-leaders. Annie also served as Co-Chair Europe, Middle East, Africa, the Americas and Asia Pacific for the FIX Trading Community; the global organisation tasked with addressing business and regulatory issues impacting multi-asset trading in global markets.
Annieβs 20+ year career also includes senior marketing roles with Heinemann Publishing, Penguin Random House, HarperCollins Publishers, AACTA and Wishlist Holdings.
