Warehouse Sorting and Deliveries
Location: Ingleburn NSW 2565 (conveniently located next to train station)
Type of work: Warehouse & Logistics
Hours and rate: Full Time, $30+ per hour based on experience

About the role:
Truck load/unload using forklift and other equipment
Manual sorting and rearranging
Some local deliveries in a small truck may be required
Training will be provided
What you will need:
Driver’s licence
Forklift licence
Some experience working in a warehouse and logistics company

Warehouse Worker

Type of work: Warehouse daily activities, storage and retrieval of packaged food products

About the role:
To move and process boxes of food product to prepare them for storage and/or delivery to customers
Boxes within this area can weigh up to 30kg and are moved across conveyor belts and pallets to prepare them for further storage or delivery
Use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks to move pallets throughout the warehouse facility
The warehouse section of our operational facility is refrigerated at approximately 5 degrees
Suitable for people:
A good level of physical fitness
Ability to work in cold conditions
No experience required, training provided

Food Processing and Packing

Type of work: Food packaging in a cold room, temperature around 5 degrees
Hours and rate: Full time, Part time and Casual. Industry award pay rates

About the role:
Packing food products whilst working on a moving conveyor belt
Pack to the pace of production at all times
The weight of the products can range from 500g to quite a few kilograms
The packing room is refrigerated to approximately 5 degrees
With training, you will need to be able to understand packing requirements for the different products
Compliance to all company safety policies and procedures including Safe Work Instructions
Suitable for people:
A good level of physical fitness as the majority of the shift will be standing along conveyor belt
Ability to work in cold conditions
No experience required, training provided

Responsible for collecting, sorting and distributing all housekeeping linen and items

Kitchen Steward

About the role:
Cleaning duties within the kitchen, food preparation areas and back of house
General pantry duties - maintaining cleanliness of pantry, fridges and freezers
Ensure all operating equipment, crockery, cutlery & glassware is hygienically and safely stored
Operate dishwashing machine as per instruction manual
Assist in the preparation of food
Ensure garbage is collected and disposed of correctly from all kitchen and back of house areas each shift
Ensure correct handling of chemicals and equipment as per manufacturers instructions
Suitable for people:
A team player with a 'can do' attitude
Some experience in a commercial kitchen environment
Some understanding of food safety requirements
Previous cleaning, customer service or hospitality experience
A high standard of grooming and presentation

Contract Handyman/woman - multiple positions (NSW, QLD and VIC)
Location: Metro NSW, QLD and VIC
Type of work: Hired as a contractor to work in various retail outlets to install equipment
Hours and rate: Variable and depending on experience. Day and night shifts available

About the role:
This role is hands-on, requiring practical experience in shop fitting and general handyman/person tasks
Travel within a designated region and working on-site at various retail locations
Tasks include activities such as cutting, sanding and installing or repairing retail fixtures such as desks, shelve and point of sale equipment
Use of tools and working to safety standards
ABN will be required as a contractor (Thrive can assist you with this)
What you will need:
Drivers Licence
Mobile Phone
Basic tools such as drill, screw drivers, spanners (Thrive can assist with a micro loan to assist with the purchase of these tools if required)
Practical skills
Suitable for people with:
Practical skills and strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and competence with hand and power tools
Some experience in carpentry or handyman tasks is preferred
Able to communicate and write down all service activities, including inspections, repairs, and client interactions in English
Efficient and good with time management
Ability to work independently
Professional and responsive to client needs
