After a long career in banking, I was attracted to work for Thrive Refugee Enterprise to come full circle on the story of my great grandparents who arrived in Australia 100 years ago as refugees. 

Despite the generations in between, the story of how losing everything and starting again has been a constant narrative within my family. 

 It is so fulfilling to meet and help refugees start their jobs and provide a future and an Australian story for their families.
