Yung Ngo

Yung has over 25 years of commercial and financial services experience having held senior management positions at Westpac, St George Bank and GE Capital across retail banking, home lending and commercial finance. He is currently a Group Executive of OFX Limited, an Australian ASX listed company specialising in foreign exchange and payments. He is responsible for leading the business in the Asia Pacific region.

Yung has extensive board experience. He is a current director and chair of 5 OFX group subsidiaries including Chair of Ozforex Limited which is the main operating entity for OFX group. He was also a previous director of Settlement Services International Limited, a not for profit organisation focusing on work in the refugee and CALD sector.

Yung holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Laws from UNSW and is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has lived experiences as a refugee, having escaped war torn Vietnam by boat to Malaysia in 1978, and eventually arriving to Australia with his family at the age of 3.
